Delicious Banana Muffins

These muffins are so easy to make, and they´re both healthy and delicious. You simply put all the ingredients in your blender for just a minute and then bake them in a muffin tin.


  • 1 medium sized banana
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup syrup (I recommend maple syrup)
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

I like to add 1/2 a cup blueberries or diced apples.  If you choose to use apples I recommend adding 1/2 a teaspoon of cinnamon.

All the ingredients, except the additional apples, blueberries or any other fruit you like, are put into a blender and blended until smooth and creamy. Then you can add any additional fruits or berries to the mix and stir it gently together. Scoop it all into a greased muffin tin and bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
