Bacon and Broccoli Salad
Quick and easy delicious bacon and broccoli salad for the champs! Ingredients 8-10 slices bacon 2-3 heads fresh broccoli (chopped) 1 1/2 cups sharp Cheddar Cheese (shredded) 1/2 red onion (chopped) 1/2 cup red wine vinegar 2 tsp ground black pepper 1 tsp salt 2/3 cup sour cream 1 tsp fresh lemon juice Directions Salad: Cook the bacon over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain and crumble. Combine in a large bowl, broccoli, cheese, bacon and onion. Dressing: Whisk together in a small bowl, red wine vinegar, pepper, salt, sour cream and lemon juice.
