    A foolproof delicious homemade protein pancakes. Nothing says weekend more than a stack of protein pancakes with syrup, honing or just plain old butter. We are talking about, 3 bananas Dash of egg whites Protein powder by your own choose ( I like whey protein from Now) Mix it all together in a bowl and then add some oatmeal and cinnamon after your taste.
