Banana and Avocado Chocolate Cake
When I’m craving for candy this is my favorite recipe. Sometimes I use raisins instead of cranberries or the dates and almonds for peanuts and so on. You can adjust the recipe after your taste. Ingredients 2 Bananas 1 Avacado 4 Eggs 1 Cup flour 100 grams dried cranberries 100 grams peanuts 100 grams dates 200 grams dark chocolate 100 grams butter 50-100 gram white chocolate Directions Mix the eggs, bananas and avocado together in food processor. Over the decades researches have shown that the positive effects of exercising can be substantial. Effects like improved heart and lungs function, flexibility and balance for example.
